Please ensure that you have read and fully understand these prior to booking any treatment

GENERAL INFORMATION

All staff are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols; therefore we do not guarantee continued treatment with a named therapist.

For Health & Safety reasons we cannot allow children to accompany an adult into the treatment room when the adult is receiving a treatment, nor may they be left unaccompanied in the Reception waiting area.

Prices are subject to variation and the management reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.

A test patch is required for laser treatments and you will be advised at your consultation as to how long to leave before commencing treatment.

A test patch is required for eyelash tint, eyelash perming, semi-permanent mascara and false individual lashes, 24 hours before the treatment.

During the consultation you will be given pre and post treatment advice that must be followed.

Clinic Hygiene is of course of the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by a Local Environmental Health Officer and our Laser equipment by a Laser Protection Officer. We use a sterile disposable needle for each client for each treatment.

MAKING APPOINTMENTS

When booking an appointment we ask you inform us of any changes in health conditions since your initial consultation as some conditions (such as pregnancy) may prevent certain treatments being carried out.

Please inform us if you have recently been in the sun without using our sun protection if booking laser, peels or dermal roller treatments.

The length of your appointment is not the length of the treatment. The therapist will take time at the beginning or end of the treatment to conduct admin work and give advice regarding aftercare and products.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 48 HOURS NOTICE. You must inform us by speaking directly with an employee during working hours. It is not acceptable to leave a message on the answer phone system.

If the required notice is not given 50% of the treatment cost will be charged to cover our costs and therapists wages.

Cancellations on the day of treatment or a ‘no show’ will be charged at the full cost of the treatment and any further bookings will require a deposit of half the treatment cost.

ARRIVAL POLICY

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment .

Blushers will endeavor to ensure that you will be seen at the time and day of your appointment. If this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances we will contact you with as much notice as possible the rearrange.

New clients are to arrive 15 minutes before the treatment in order that the necessary paperwork can be completed.

We will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.

Children must not be left alone in the reception area during your treatment.

DATA PROTECTION

Blushers ltd keep all client information confidential and is protected by security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorized access, as required by the Data Protection Act 1994 and 1998.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for all treatments or products.

We cannot give cash for any unused voucher value. Another voucher for the balance will be issued.

VALUABLES

Valuables are the responsibility of the client at all times.

NOISE POLUTION

Our customers enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere at Blushers. Please refrain from using mobile phones, gaming devices or similar whilst at the clinic.

RETURNS POLICY

Exchanges on lipstick or mascara cannot be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

All items must be in their original condition and packaging, including paperwork, manuals or accessories and be accompanied by a receipt.

LIABILITY

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provided Blushers ltd with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment.

Blushers ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. Pregnancy is contra indicated to most treatments, and you must let us know before booking the treatment.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she complies with all the instructions and recommendations given to them by the therapist regarding the treatment.

If a client decides not to use the product recommended to protect and heal the area treated, Blushers ltd will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

Blushers will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss, or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and for services to the client. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory legal rights.
